Georgia Moon, a small charming shop featuring used, restored, and handmade furniture and home decorating items, is located in Grover Beach Ca., a small beach community just South of Pismo Beach on the beautiful Central Coast of California. Our town is in the first stages of renewal and I am delighted to be here when such exciting things will be happening.

 I opened my shop in June of 2005 after returning to school to study interior design and fashion marketing. I have always had a passion for decorating, design, color, and creativity that wasn’t being used to its full potential. After many years of searching for the perfect job, I took the leap and made my own absolutely perfect occupation.

 My inspiration for the shop came from my love of flea markets and yard sales that I have been hunting through for so many years. I wanted to show that you can mix your love of antiques, vintage furniture, and accessories with newer items and create a style all your own.

 One of my major decisions about my business was that I would do everything I could to keep my prices as low as possible. I wanted everyone to be able to find something special that they felt good about buying. I have created an atmosphere of comfort and welcome, where friends meet and visitors become part of the group.
